The editors of Finance and Society are pleased to announce the publication of volume 7, number 1. The issue includes research articles by Dave Elder-Vass on asset circles, Charalampos Fytros on the financialization of insurance liabilities, Inês Faria on blockchain ecosystems, and Tom Hashimoto on financial centre development, as well as response and review essays on derivative temporality and assetization, by Austin Hayden Smidt and Philipp Golka respectively. The issue is fully open-access and freely available to all.
